Son of former UFC fighter Anderson Silva, who was known mostly for his Muay Thai and Taekwondo fighting style. His father is a third degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fifth degree black belt and a yellow rope in the Brazilian Martial Arts practice of Capoeira.

Before Fame

Inspired by his father, he made his amateur fighting debut on August 13, 2021 in Seal Beach, California.

His father at one time was the UFC Middleweight Champion for nearly six and a half years, which is an Ultimate Fighting Championship record.

He grew up living with his parents and his four siblings.
